TouchPoint Support Services is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at its Henry Ford Southfield location in Southfield, Michigan. The role directs shift associates, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The schedule is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with hours subject to variation. Previous dispatching experience is preferred, and the pay range is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
