The role directs associates during a specific shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates work schedules, trains employees, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and handles employee complaints and requests. The position is scheduled for a night shift with varying days and hours, requires prior supervisory experience, and pays $22.00 to $25.00 per hour.
