The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training and scheduling, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The position requires one year of previous supervisory experience, offers rotating weekends, and pays $19.00 per hour.
