MAT Holdings is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its new inbound warehouse in Shannon, Mississippi. The role oversees receiving and processing of incoming shipments, manages a team of warehouse associates, coordinates inbound workflow and inventory reconciliation, monitors receiving metrics, resolves discrepancies, and enforces safety and company procedures. The position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D., at least one year of supervisory experience, forklift licensing, and SAP and RF scanner experience; bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred.
