CEVA Logistics is hiring a Shift Supervisor Inbound-Outbound to oversee daily inbound or outbound warehouse operations at a site in Lich, Germany. The role involves leading shift teams, coordinating with Operations Managers and related departments, maintaining process, quality, safety, and housekeeping standards, monitoring KPIs, handling inventory checks and equipment control, documenting damage cases, and supporting onboarding and team development. Candidates should have a relevant degree or vocational training, leadership experience in larger teams, SAP R3/WMS/ERP and MS Office knowledge, forklift authorization, strong English, and willingness to work early and late shifts.
