Description
The Shift Supervisor Injection Molding – Plastics Engineering / LEAN leads personnel and disciplinary management in the injection molding area, plans staffing and production processes, monitors quality, productivity, and occupational health and safety targets, drives LEAN and problem-solving improvements, prepares production reports, and coordinates with Engineering, Sales, and Toolmaking. The role requires plastics and rubber process-mechanic vocational training, injection-molding leadership experience, LEAN and problem-solving knowledge, fluent German and English, and willingness to work shifts.
