Description
The Shift Supervisor oversees shift production in a manufacturing environment, including pre-shift meetings, production quality and yield, productivity, safety, equipment operation, training, emergency response, kanban and TPM activities, reporting, and coordination with warehouse and finance. The role requires English and Mandarin communication, a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent education and training, forklift certification, and the ability to perform physically demanding work.
