Starbucks is hiring Shift Supervisors for its Los Paseos store to assist the store manager during shifts, manage the store, support baristas, train new team members, delegate tasks, and maintain fast service, quality products and beverages, and a clean environment. The role requires at least one year of prior staff-supervision experience, availability for weekends and holidays, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage others and learn quickly.
