Description
The employer is hiring a full-time production supervisor to organize and manage work across assigned workplaces, meet operation deadlines, ensure planned production tasks are completed according to technological procedures, supervise quality and safety, and eliminate causes of poor-quality production. The role requires mechanical-engineering-focused education, secondary vocational education without a school-leaving or apprenticeship certificate, and English; German is an advantage. It is a two-shift operation with a gross starting salary of CZK 50,000, performance bonuses, overtime premiums, and other benefits.
