The role leads day-to-day operations in Trinks Group’s empties-sorting facility and yard, coordinating shift work and employees, deploying resources, communicating with temporary staffing providers, identifying process improvements, improving plant performance with mechanics, and participating in inventory counts. Candidates need vocational training in a logistics-related field, solid logistics experience, leadership experience, willingness to work in a 3-shift system, MS Office proficiency, analytical ability, and independence.
