Securitas is hiring several Shift Supervisors for a community accommodation facility in Berlin Marzahn-Hellersdorf. The role involves leading security staff, coordinating access checks, patrols, inspections, incident response, shift reports, handovers, and technical security systems, with rotating day and night shifts. Applicants must hold the required expertise examination under Section 34a of the Trade Regulation Act, an extended police clearance certificate, professional security-service experience, strong communication and de-escalation skills, and willingness to work shifts.
