Description
The employer is seeking a Shift Supervisor to work on a three-shift system for a client manufacturing drinking water supply, cable protection conduits, and industrial, agricultural, and environmental technology solutions. The role involves setting up and maintaining production machines, troubleshooting faults, assisting with mechanical modifications, coordinating shift workflows, supporting quality and safety compliance, conducting shift handovers, and assisting with employee onboarding. Vocational training in industrial or machine mechanics is advantageous, along with machine maintenance experience, technical understanding, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to work three shifts. The position pays €21.50 per hour and includes performance-based pay, vacation and Christmas bonuses, and personal protective equipment.
