Description
Valterra Platinum is hiring one Shift Supervisor Mining for its Der Brochen and Mototolo Mine operations. The role focuses on safe and disciplined work, production targets, housekeeping, on-the-job coaching, risk assessment, and supervision of support functions and machinery. It reports to the Mine Overseer at C5 level and requires Grade 10, a relevant underground mining qualification, a Shift Supervisor Certificate, three years of mechanised miner experience, computer literacy, First Aid certification, and a valid underground fitness certificate.
