CNG is hiring a shift lead for a manufacturing facility in Lexington, Ontario. The role combines production planning, quality oversight, safety and workforce development, scheduling, performance evaluations, and overtime documentation. It requires 12-hour rotating shifts, basic mechanical aptitude, communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds; two or more years of leadership experience is preferred. Compensation is $27.00–$33.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance upon hire and other benefits.
