CNG is hiring a Printing Press Supervisor in Lexington, Ontario to supervise and coordinate employees operating flexographic or gravure presses, oversee press setup and maintenance, monitor production schedules and quality, manage the Material Handler Team, maintain records and inventory, and lead safety, 5S, lean, and continuous-improvement efforts. The role requires at least five years of leadership experience, ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 65 pounds. Compensation starts at $27.00 per hour plus a $2.50 per hour night-shift differential, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
