Description
The bakery shift supervisor will lead and support a packaging department, overseeing production, baking processes, line setup, quality checks, traceability, machine troubleshooting, hygiene, and safety. The role supervises 7–10 operators and 15–25 production employees, requires relevant production experience, technical machine knowledge, Dutch and English communication skills, team-leading experience, and work in two shifts. The position offers immediate full-time employment, no weekend work, and opportunities for further training.
