Morrison Healthcare is hiring an immediate part-time Shift Supervisor for Inova Fairfax Hospital in Falls Church, Virginia. The role directs associates during a shift, oversees completion of job expectations, maintains policies and procedures, provides training and scheduling, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, and serves as an employee contact for complaints or time-off requests. The schedule includes 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., with rotating weekends, and requires one year of previous supervisory or management experience. Pay is $20.00 to $20.50 per hour, with a $750 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
