Compass Group is hiring an immediate part-time Shift Supervisor for Cal Poly Maritime Academy in Vallejo, California. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, creates schedules, trains workers, evaluates performance, prepares reports, and handles employee complaints. The schedule is part-time, with Mondays and weekends, and hours may vary. Applicants need at least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service setting, plus waiting-table, side-work, and cleaning or sanitizing experience. The fixed pay rate is $25.25 per hour, with free shift meals and paid parking or a bus pass provided.
