Compass Group is hiring an immediate part-time Shift Supervisor for its Capital One Cafe in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role directs associates during a shift, maintains policies and procedures, trains and schedules workers, evaluates performance, prepares production or sales reports, handles employee complaints and time-off requests, and may mentor employees. Weekend availability and closing shifts are required, and barista and supervisory experience are required.
