Bosch Rexroth AG is hiring a Shift Supervisor, Production Execution, Linear Guide Adjustment to manage employees, ensure production orders are completed on schedule, set and achieve targets, support capacity planning and employee qualification, maintain quality, and coordinate maintenance and servicing. The role requires certified industrial supervisor training in metalworking or comparable training, product and process knowledge, MS Office skills, leadership experience in a workshop environment, strong communication, and very good German. Flexible working models, including part-time and mobile working, are offered.
