Description
The Shift Supervisor, Production Execution – Linear Guideway Adjustment leads employees in a workshop area, ensures production orders are completed on time, sets targets, supports capacity planning and personnel qualification, maintains quality, and coordinates maintenance and servicing activities. The role requires an Industrial Master Craftsman or Industrial Master (Metal) qualification or comparable training, product and process knowledge in adjustment work, MS Office knowledge, prior workshop leadership experience, strong communication skills, and very good German. Flexible part-time, mobile, and job-sharing options are offered, with the worksite in Schweinfurt, Bavaria.
