Bosch Rexroth AG is hiring a Shift Supervisor, Production Execution – Steel Inserts and Guide Carriages to lead a component-manufacturing team, set production goals, support capacity planning, train employees, meet production deadlines, maintain quality standards, contribute to continuous improvement, and coordinate repairs and maintenance. The role requires vocational training or equivalent industrial foreman qualification, leadership experience in a workshop environment, product and process knowledge, MS Office and SAP proficiency, and very good German. Flexible working models, including part-time and mobile working, are offered.
