Blue Bottle is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a cafe team without direct reports, oversee service flow, hospitality, safety, cleanliness, quality, and efficiency, manage inventory and cash, train new team members, address guest concerns, and support sales and sustainability goals. The role requires supervisory or team-leadership experience, Barista training, food-safety certification, basic math and computer skills, and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $22.90 plus tips, with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
