Boyd Gaming is hiring a Security Department Supervisor to oversee the efficient operation of the Security Department during assigned shifts. The role supervises and instructs security team members, trains staff on daily events and incidents, maintains schedules, delegates work, approves reports and arrests, responds to emergencies, and ensures officers follow laws, regulations, and company policies. The position requires candidates to be at least 21, meet Security Officer requirements, be able to perform physically demanding shift duties, and have at least six months of casino security or similar supervisory experience.
