The role manages daily workshop issues, personnel, production, quality, safety, cost, statistics, equipment, and technical and quality documents; it also handles first-piece inspection, yield and productivity improvements, sampling checks, and production problem resolution. The position requires English and Mandarin communication, 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent education and experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a second-shift environment.
