Description
Fuyao Glass America Inc. is hiring a Shift Supervisor for its 3rd shift. The role reports to the Lead Supervisor and manages production, personnel, safety, quality, cost, training, equipment, records, and shift performance across a glass manufacturing operation. The position requires English or Mandarin communication, at least one year of manufacturing experience or equivalent education and experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in a hot, moderately noisy environment.
