The role oversees shift operations, coordinates production processes and workflow, supports shift scheduling, and ensures quality, order, and compliance. Candidates should have relevant production or production-planning experience, reliable and structured working habits, teamwork skills, and flexibility for early, late, and night shifts. The position offers a permanent employment contract, temporary staffing/employee leasing with 40 hours per week, and compensation of €21 per hour.
