Description
The Starbucks Shift Supervisor assists the store manager during scheduled shifts by deploying partners, delegating tasks, and maintaining the Starbucks Experience through prompt service, quality beverages and products, and a clean store environment. The role includes customer service, partner coaching and feedback, opening and closing duties, cash and safety procedures, attendance, and operational excellence. Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment is required, along with the ability to direct others, communicate effectively, work as part of a team, and learn quickly.
