Description
CWS Healthcare is hiring a Laundry Shift Supervisor to lead and coordinate production employees at its laundry facility in Malbergweich. The role oversees sorting, cleaning, and packaging of textiles; monitors production quality and hygiene; prepares shift and vacation schedules; resolves production problems; ensures safety compliance; and collaborates with the Operations Manager to improve efficiency. The position offers a permanent contract, regular 37-hour workweeks, weekends off, vacation and Christmas bonuses, employee parking, pension benefits, and a childcare subsidy. Candidates need technical or industrial vocational training, ideally laundry or textile-processing experience, at least 2–3 years of production leadership experience, and willingness to work shifts, including early or late shifts and occasional weekends.
