Adecco Personnel Services is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor Warehouse / Logistics to lead shift operations and manage a team in a finished-goods warehouse at a logistics site in Ludwigsau. The role oversees goods receipt, storage, and dispatch; optimizes warehouse procedures using Lean and KVP principles; monitors KPIs, work standards, and warehouse technology; and supports quality, safety, and health standards. Candidates need vocational training in warehouse logistics or freight forwarding, team-leadership experience, ERP/WMS and Excel skills, strong German and English communication skills, and organizational ability. The position offers €4,250 per month and an unlimited employment contract.
