Adecco is seeking a Shift Supervisor Warehouse / Logistics to lead and coordinate warehouse teams during shifts, manage staffing and operational processes, monitor quality and productivity, develop employees, ensure safety and hygiene compliance, collaborate with adjacent departments, analyze performance data, and prepare shift reports. The role requires vocational training or comparable qualification in warehousing or logistics, several years of warehouse logistics experience, leadership and communication skills, warehouse management and ERP experience, shift availability, and good German language skills.
