Heidecker Möbelwerke is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor - Wood Processing Machines to independently operate wood processing machines for drilling, milling, and edge banding, supervise machines during shift operations, meet daily production targets, and maintain high product quality. The role requires completed trade training, preferably in machine and plant operation, carpentry, or woodworking, along with technical understanding, communication skills, teamwork, and a willingness to support the company beyond one’s own responsibilities.
