Description
Chevron is hiring a Shift Team Lead to manage one of its 24/7 operating crews in an assigned division at the El Segundo Refinery. The role coordinates and directs refinery operations, executes daily operating plans, manages resources and maintenance, supports emergency response, and oversees safety, environmental, plant utilization, and reliability performance. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 10 years of refining operations experience or 5 years with a technical background supporting refining operations, experience with specified refinery technologies, ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, residence within 50 miles of the refinery, and a valid driver’s license. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not offered, and the anticipated salary range is $120,300–$180,500.
