Description
The Shift Leader oversees a manufacturing work cell in the Supervisor’s absence, managing production, quality, safety, supplies, work orders, reporting, and team assignments. The role coordinates with supervisors, other shifts, and cross-functional teams, resolves issues, supports process improvement, and ensures associates follow safety and work procedures. It requires an associate’s degree or equivalent education and six months to one year of related experience or training, and pays $26.00–$28.00 per hour.
