Description
The Shift Team Leader coordinates and guides the production team during a shift, monitors line performance and production targets, supports technical issue resolution with maintenance, and ensures compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards. The role also contributes to continuous improvement and accurate shift-data recording. It requires production-supervision experience, technical education, decision-making and communication skills, shift availability, and familiarity with OEE tools; it is a full-time position with medical and pharmaceutical insurance, training, and career-advancement opportunities.
