Description
Flexsys is hiring a Shift Team Manager in Sauget, Illinois to oversee the safe operation of its chemical manufacturing plant during scheduled shifts. The role directs the workforce, coordinates maintenance, engineering, and HSES support, leads emergency response and incident investigations, manages hazardous waste, troubleshoots process and equipment problems, and coaches employees. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic chemistry, math, and computer aptitude, at least three years of industrial facility experience or a bachelor's degree in engineering, strong mechanical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule. The salary range is $80,000 to $100,000.
