Description
The Production Supervisor leads a wood-manufacturing team through production, quality, safety, maintenance, and people-management activities. Responsibilities include meeting production targets, managing raw materials and work-in-progress, enforcing quality and safety standards, monitoring M3 data and scrap, performing basic equipment maintenance and 5S, conducting performance and development reviews, and supporting audits. The role requires wood-manufacturing knowledge, manufacturing-management experience, team-leadership experience, and at least middle-school education.
