Description
The Production Supervisor leads a manufacturing team responsible for completing production tasks on time with guaranteed quality and quantity, managing raw materials and work-in-progress, enforcing safety and quality standards, monitoring production performance, conducting performance and development reviews, and supporting team training and continuous improvement. The role also includes basic equipment maintenance, 5S management, material receiving, shift coordination, and attendance and audit support. Required qualifications include wood manufacturing knowledge or similar experience, manufacturing management experience, team leadership experience, and secondary education or above.
