Description
Lam Research is seeking a Technical Instructor to deliver hands-on classroom training and coaching for its Manufacturing Academy core curriculum. The role involves applying the ADDIE model, updating curriculum and job aids, measuring student progress, gathering training KPIs, and partnering with manufacturing stakeholders to improve safety, quality, and equipment skills. Candidates should have 1–3 years of relevant instructor-led technical training experience, manufacturing experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and experience with Microsoft applications; e-learning tools and collaboration experience are preferred. The role may follow an On-site Flex or Virtual Flex work model.
