Description
The Shift Technician will prepare, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and tooling; support machine start-ups and shutdowns; perform quality checks; conduct root-cause analysis; and train production staff. The role follows a two-day day, two-night, four-day-off shift pattern and requires manufacturing and training experience, computer literacy, problem-solving ability, and shift availability.
