Description
The Hotel Maintenance Technician is responsible for guest-room and hotel maintenance, including repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpet, wallpaper, and painting systems; replacing bulbs; maintaining spare parts; responding to service requests; and ensuring safety, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel regulations. The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance or technical experience, preferably in hospitality, along with hands-on experience with hotel systems, troubleshooting, tool operation, and emergency maintenance.
