Mars is hiring a full-time Shift Technician in Oud-Beijerland, The Netherlands, to maintain and troubleshoot machinery in its food-production facility. The role focuses on electrical and PLC/SCADA troubleshooting, prioritizing and escalating alerts, documenting incidents, performing planned work, supervising external contractors, and maintaining safety and food-safety standards. Candidates should have an MBO-3 or MBO-4 diploma in mechatronics, mechanics, or electronics, strong Dutch communication skills, and a passion for technical work; relevant experience is preferred but not strictly required because training and guidance are provided.
