Nedlin Hospitality is hiring a Shiftleader to lead 40–50 production employees on the laundry production floor. The role manages production leaders, coordinators, and employees; ensures safety, quality, and progress; organizes meetings; optimizes scheduling and processes; and responds to bottlenecks and deviations. The position requires MBO-4 or HBO-level working and thinking, prior management experience in a dynamic production or logistics environment, Dutch and English proficiency, strong organizational and process skills, and a coaching-oriented management style. It offers a gross monthly salary of up to €4,400, rotating shifts, vacation days, holiday pay, a year-end bonus, pension, and other employment conditions.
