Description
The Ship Clerk manages daily Middle Mile department operations, including load planning, load flow control, trailer utilization, load quality, TDR, upstream and downstream partner communication, labor allocation, meetings, and job assignments. The role escalates operational barriers to Operations Leaders and supports safety, quality, productivity, utilization, and on-time performance. It requires at least one year of Microsoft Office experience, a high school education or equivalent, flexible scheduling including weekends, nights, and holidays, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. The position is based in West Jefferson, Ohio, and pays $24.00 per hour plus applicable shift differentials and overtime.
