Description
Damen Shiprepair Vlissingen B.V. is seeking a Ship Maintenance Fitter to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing challenging assembly work, disassembling, assembling, repairing, and overhauling various mechanical systems such as pumps, winches, propeller shafts, and rudders. They will also handle complex tasks involving main and auxiliary machinery for megayachts and new-build/repair vessels. The role requires strong technical knowledge in mechanical engineering or workshop fitting, experience in ship repair/shipbuilding/offshore, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
