CMA CGM Group is hiring a Ship Manager based in Marseille to oversee operational monitoring of vessel voyages, ensure smooth port operations, build loading plans in compliance with safety and business rules, and coordinate closely with sea and shore teams. The role involves handling special loadings such as dangerous cargo, reefers, out-of-gauge and breakbulk cargo, evaluating changes of destination, validating port call reports, and tracking bunker consumption statistics. Candidates should have a postgraduate degree from an engineering or maritime school, onboard experience as a deck officer is a strong asset, and familiarity with vessel stability/planning software, IT tools, and fluent English are required.
