Description
Princess is hiring a Ship Superintendent for a hybrid role based in its Miami office, with 25–50% shipboard travel. The position oversees technical repair and maintenance for assigned vessels, manages maintenance budgets and technical purchases, coordinates dry-dock and wet-dock projects, supports certifications and regulatory compliance, monitors maintenance data, and serves as the primary shoreside contact for the vessels. Candidates need a valid maritime engineering license at Second Engineer or Senior Electrician rank on AC Diesel-Electric vessels, 5–7 years of relevant experience, project management and data-analysis skills, and familiarity with AMOS, Class Society, and Flag State requirements.
