Description
The role involves shipbuilding production work, including following technical drawings, cutting steel plates and profiles, fitting, tack-welding, and welding components into ship hulls and load-bearing structures. It requires completed shipbuilding or comparable training, at least two years of professional experience, German language skills, technical understanding, practical hands-on skills, independent and careful working style, and teamwork. The position offers an hourly wage starting at €18, holiday and Christmas bonuses, vacation, varied customer-company assignments, and direct entry with customers.
