Description
The role involves shipbuilding production work, including interpreting technical drawings, cutting sheets and profiles, fitting, tack-welding, and welding components into ship hulls and load-bearing structures. The position requires completed shipbuilding or comparable training, at least two years of professional experience, German language skills, technical understanding, hands-on skills, independent and careful work, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility. It offers an hourly wage starting at €18, holiday and Christmas bonuses, 30 days of vacation, varied client-company assignments, and direct placement in Hamburg, Rostock, or Wolgast.
