Description
The Shipping 1 (Rotating Shift) role prepares, stages, loads, and ships finished paper products according to customer orders and warehouse standards. Responsibilities include verifying product types and quantities, operating forklifts and clamp trucks, inspecting products, completing shipping paperwork, coordinating with drivers and warehouse personnel, assisting with receiving, and maintaining a safe work area. The position requires forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in an industrial warehouse; a high school diploma or GED and prior shipping or material-handling experience are preferred.
